Parsley moss curled is great for flavoring soups, as a garnish,  and great in salads. High in vitamin C and A it has been used to treat conditions like malaria, high blood pressure, and rheumatism. The younger the leafs the less bitter they are.. they become much more bitter when the plant starts to flower.
